Founded in 1970. We grew from a single bench to a 5700 square foot retail store with 18 employees, doing millions in business. Three years ago I decided that I was tired of being away from directly dealing with my clients so I closed the big store and opened a 900 sq. foot studio with two employees. Both my clients and I are having a lot more fun now! We have a very good inventory of case stock, several national brands, yet nowdays most of our sales come from our own workshop. We still do a very large business, but it is now focused on our clients instead of our suppliers. Personally, I have more letters after my name than I have in it. The most important of them is the Certified Gemologist-Appraiser with the American Gem Society, a Graduate Gemologist from the GIA, and I was awarded an American Gem Society Fellowship for my contributions to diamond grading and to the industry. We have been utilizing CAD & CAM since 1983 and been producing models by CNC since 1984. We have a very up to date shop that allows us to do whatever we need in the field of jewelry. A big thing many jewelers are suddenly jumping on is recycled gold. It's nothing new to us. 100% of our in house custom work has been built from recycled gold for more than 30 years.

We support the full manufacturers warranty on the nationally advertised lines we carry. The items we produce come with a one year warranty agains manufacturing defects. All stock or custom rings will be resized as needed during the first 60 days and will be resized once for no charge during the balance of the first year. Our repair work comes with a 1 year warranty. Please visit our store for details of the warranties. There is never a charge to check and clean your jewelry. This applies to all of your jewelry even if it wasn't purchased from us. We encourage a professional cleaning at least 3 times per year because we can clean it better than you can and if we can spot a problem before it becomes a problem, it is the safest way to treat your jewelry.

On any item purchased out of the case or any mounting created by us have a 90 day warranty that you love it or you don't own it. No hoops to jump through, no appraisals to pay for, no B.S. to deal with. Our liability is limited to refunding the purchase price on the return of the item in the same condition as when it was delivered to you, the client. For diamonds or colored gemstones purchased specifically for the client that were not part of the store's normal inventory, refunds are limited to 10 days from acceptance.

We are in the Victoria Plaza shopping center. The center is located at the corner of Victoria and Telegraph roads. The center is half a mile North of the Victoria off ramp of the 126 freeway. The very corner of Victoria & Telegraph has a Burger King sitting right next to a McDonalds. We are located diagonally across the parking lot from them, in between Von's Market and Starbucks.

We work "studio" hours. That means that we don't work bankers hours. Our normal week is as follows: Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday we are open from 11 to 7. Saturday we are open 10 to 4. We work by appointment outside of those hours and on Sunday, Monday, & Tuesday.
