As someone who has almost no experience in purchasing jewelry, I was very nervous about shopping for an engagement ring. I tried several jewelers in the San Francisco area, but none offered the level of attention, expertise, or comfort that I was hoping for. I tried Simone & Son on a friend's recommendation while I was in Orange County visiting family, and I was quickly impressed by every aspect of service. I was worried that living out of the area would be a problem, but the level of communication was so excellent that it was no trouble at all. I got exactly what I was looking for, and couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.

The treatment you get form the monent you enter the store is unsurpassed by anyother. The owners are honest , friendly and truley genuine, I feel as though I'm a family member and not just a customer.
