Our warranty covers your diamond or gemstone jewelry that is listed. All Jewelry purchased at Clodius & Co. Jewelers is guaranteed. We guarantee the quality of our materials and workmanship. If you lose your diamond or colored gemstone from its orginal setting due to defects in materials or workmanship, we'll replace it at no charge.
We further guarantee that center stones will not fall out, provided that the jewelry is brought in every six months for inspection. We will make a notation on your account each and every time the jewelry is inspected to ensure that your warranty is up to date.
In order for your Diamond and Colored Gemstone Warranty to remain in effect, all required repairs must be completed by the experts of Clodius & Co. Jewelers.
Repair work is warranted for one year. The warranty on repair work we perform on jewelry purchased elsewhere will be limited exclusively to the work done. (For example: If we repair a broken prong on a ring you purchased elsewhere, then our one year repair warranty will be limited to that single prong.) Warranty is void if gemstone or diamond is forcibly removed, neglected or abused.
Clodius & Co. Jewelers Brand Watches
Limited Lifetime buckle to buckle warranty on all Clodius & Co. Jewelers branded watches. Includes batteries, watch works, faces and crystal. Excludes normal wear and tear or accidental damage. We warrant bracelets, bands, cases and straps against defects but not normal wear and tear. This runs concurrent with any manufactures warranty.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days. Returned items must be in "as new" conditioin or feees may apply. Our store policy is 100% customer satisfaction.
